This program is tailor-made to equip Women leaders with development tools that will help them to grow in their current positions and provide them with a strategic view of their career and personal life while addressing the problems they face.

The training program is also designed to complement and integrate male participants/leaders such that it provides them with the understanding of the institutional dysfunction women leaders experience and proposes viable solutions and plans of action.

The program will also seek to address their needs, challenges and opportunities so that participants are empowered and have better strategies for managing their organization and key stakeholders. The program will tackle:

• Risk Taking, boldness and responsible leadership.
• Deepening relationships (With spouse, family, peers, boss)
• Existing challenges facing Women Leaders (building resilience, impactful communication at every level).
• Finding lasting solutions and Value addition (how to transform plans and conversations into results).
