WMG Management Consultants Ltd worked closely with the Ford Foundation East Africa Office and some of its grantees to discuss the needs of young leaders in the region. With Ford’s support WMG went on to run the pilot Beyond Your Edge program, which was called the Leaders’ Forum, in 2015
The Ford Foundation has further subsidized three classes (in 2017, 2018 and part of 2019) and supported the completion of the design of the various components that are key to the success of the Program . We are grateful for thius support towards leaders in the region and encourage others to invest in talented people.
