Catherine N. Waithiru is the Projects Coordinator for WMG International, responsible for maintaining the smooth operations in the office that includes planning of meetings, workshops, coaching and logistics. I have more than 10 years of experience working in office administration in different set ups.
Working with WMG International for the last four years has made me become a better person; I have learned different things about personal and organizational development which are our focus areas at WMG. While working in the organization I get to interact with leaders from different organizations from whom I get great tips on leadership.
I love watching football and rugby, spending time with a movie or reading a book, or having a great time with my girlfriends. I believe in a problem shared is half solved. My motto is “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”.
